Mr. Goudy trained at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) where he holds various formal qualifications in Business Studies.
For the last three years Guy has been the President of Austin’s fully owned North American subsidiary Aus-Tex Exploration. Guy has been instrumental in driving the business forward into a cash flow positive operation whilst strategically shifting the focus of the business towards non-conventional Oil and Gas Exploration in North America. During this time Guy has also been a Director on the Board of Austin Exploration. Prior to this Guy was employed in the financial services sector and was an authorised representative with a leading stock broking and financial advisory firm.Mr Chris Hodge

Mr Hodge, who is also on the Board of ROC Oil Company, has 35 years of wide-ranging experience in the oil and gas industry across Austrlian, US and international operations.
This includes senior executive positions with Adelphi Energy Ltd, Mitsui, Ampolex and Elf Aquitaine. During his time at Adelphi, as Managing Director, Chris managed the Company’s entry into the Eagle Ford Shale. After a successful farmout to Hilcorp, Adelphi was acquired by AWE Ltd. He was also recently involved in recommending Eagle Ford acquisitions to Eureka Energy and with Mitsubishi’s entry into the Canning Basin.
Mr Nigel Hartley

Mr Hartley recently resigned from a highly successful 20 yr career with Oil Search Ltd, a multi-billion dollar LNG focussed Company with assets in Papua New Guinea and the Middle East. As Chief Financial Officer at Oil Search, Mr Hartley helped drive Oil Search’s campaign involving over 20 global export credit agencies and banks and co-lending from ExxonMobil, to raise its share of US$14 billion.
Dominic Pellicano

Mr Pellicano has been in private practice as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and has extensive experience in financial management and corporate governance Mr Pellicano is also a director of Newtak Pty Ltd which has substantial financial interests in the Park City gas project of Austin in Kentucky, USA. Mr Pellicano is also a director and shareholder of other companies, which are associated with Newtak Pty Ltd.
